All visual material published on By the Protocol, including 3D reconstructions, renders, diagrams, layouts, technical illustrations, process images and written analysis, remains the intellectual property of Elite Studio 3D / By the Protocol, unless stated otherwise.

Publication on this website does not grant permission to download, reproduce, reuse, modify, crop, redistribute, republish, archive, use in datasets, train AI systems on, or include the material in presentations, reports, publications, media articles, social media posts, marketing material, internal documentation or any other public or private communication.

Any use of visual material requires prior written permission and must be agreed in advance for a clearly defined purpose, scope, format, duration and publication channel.

Permission for use, when granted, does not transfer ownership, authorship, source files, 3D model rights, reproduction rights, modification rights, resale rights, sublicensing rights or third-party distribution rights.


All requests must clearly specify:
